“I've had several real estate agents through the years. Each experience, quite variable. After working with Kristen, I haven't worked with (or desired to work with) another. She helped me to realize the benefit of a real estate agent, something I formerly considered an unfortunate requisite as opposed to anything beneficial. I felt more like I had a savvy friend dedicated to my well-being than a customer. I had multiple difficulties during our move and she arranged resources to resolve those issues.
Not only did she see her contractual obligations through, but maintained her desire for our well-being after the move. I hesitate to provide too specific of details only because I can't fathom how a human can dedicate so much time to helping so many people and would hate to set an inconceivable precedent...she organized contractors, secured an earnest payment from a dodgy buyer, and even put an end to an irritating problem with our community after our move (I didn't need to do anything except tell Kristen when she was checking in with me after my move). Those are two separate transactions, by the way.
Kristen maintains contact with us, immediately responding to questions regarding her expertise and continuing to baffle me with her benevolence. I'd highly recommend her to anyone.”

“One of the best experiences of working with Kristen was the attention to the whole sell/purchase experience. She was always on time, and kept us informed, coordinated appointments with the sellers, and was always available to show us a new property. Kristen respected our property and our wishes to keep our privacy by not posting an advertising sign on our lawn, and notifying us prior to another agent showing our home without notifying us first. That was very important to us.
